This sweet cat was given up by her owner awhile back because the woman had kidney disease. Her stupid doctors told her she needed to get rid of the cats. A simple blood test on any cat should be able to rule out any parasite or protozoa that might be contagious to anyone with a suppressed immune system. Really.

A year or so later, the cat ended up in a shelter for reasons unknown. Thankfully, she was rescued by one of our affiliates in Washington State and is now safely in a temporary foster home. She is rumored to be a sweet sweet kitty who needs to lose just a tad bit of weight.

We wanted to get her up on the site ASAP in case someone who's interested in the Munchkin breed would like to foster her for us. Or maybe you've been waiting for a Munchkin to show up in Rescue and would like to get your application in ASAP.
