“Hi there! I’m Owen, will you be my friend?” This is exactly what this gorgeous boy would say if he could talk! Owen is just an all-around great cat. He is mellow and laid back with other kitties and very friendly with people. He’ll just walk right up to you and patiently wait for love. He’s got a great squished-in face and his tongue always hangs out a bit, his little mouth isn’t quite big enough for that tongue! He also does not like to keep his beautiful golden eyes open during his photo shoots! He is so happy to be out of the shelter and over his cold and into a foster home with lots of toys to play with! His foster mom thinks he would be OK with a very well behaved child or a dog. The two combined might be a bit much for him; he is still a Persian after all! Please contact his foster mom Jen.
